Prof. JUDr. Ján Klučka, CSc. is a teaching professor of International Law at the Institute of International and European Law, Faculty of Law, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Slovak Republic, and a member of the Slovak National Group in the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague.

He is a former Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities in Luxembourg (2004-2009); a former Judge at the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic (1993-2004), and a former member of the Venice Commission for Democracy through Law (1994-2004).

Ján Klučka, Jr. holds a Master´s degree in Law (Mgr.) and a postgraduate degree JUDr. (Juris Utriusque Doctor) from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Slovakia. He has been working in advocacy since 2002, and he mainly focuses on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Contract Law and Corporate Law.

His practice involves civil and commercial liability issues, including disputes about various types of contracts.

Zora Saskia Klučka holds a Master´s degree in Law (Mgr.) and a postgraduate degree JUDr. (Juris Utriusque Doctor) from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Further, she completed the Master's degree (LL.M.) in Globalization and Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

In 2020, she completed with honours the management certificate at Canadian College in Vancouver, BC, Canada.Prior to joining our team in 2022, Zora practiced the profession of a judicial officer appointed by the Minister of Justice (2004–2019) and she was a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Slovak Republic.
